How does Triko work?

Our platform provides various services for the home: cleaning and domestic service, washing and ironing, cooking, childcare, care of the elderly, beauty services, among others. Our clients will look for the services they need, they will choose the professional that best suits their requirements and they will request their service.

Triko manages scheduled services, immediate services and emergency services, to have better control you can view your schedule on your control panel.

How much money do I earn with Triko?

It depends on the rate you set and the time you work during the month.

How long do I have to work?

In Triko you can manage your time as you want, here you are the owner of your time and your life!

What are the required documents?

Your profile photo, your citizenship card from both sides and your background check, for the latter you only have to click on Apply and the people in charge will contact you.

If your nationality is not Colombian, you must present your current passport or your immigration card so that you can be admitted to Triko.

Why is the Triko outfit important?

Triko garments are your letter of introduction to customers, they represent a sense of belonging, presence and security.

How do I receive my payment?

At Triko we work with Nequi, an app that lets you open a simplified savings account from your cell phone and for free. From that account you can send money, take it out at Bancolombia ATMs, pay on data phones, by PSE, create savings goals, recharge your cell line, recharge your prepaid energy and many other things.

Through this account you can withdraw the money just by clicking on the button "I want my money now" and it will be immediately deposited into your Nequi account. If your account is Nequi, you can request the money from Triko four times FREE during the month, or if you need to withdraw your money more times a month, you only pay $ 700 + VAT. If you currently have an account in another bank, you can add it, but your money takes time to arrive depending on the bank you have and your withdrawals will cost will be charged for a value between 3,800 and 5,600 + VAT

What are the required documents?

Where can I pay my social security?

If you still do not pay the social security form, because you are just going to start your work as an independent, you must join the system and upload the membership vouchers, since the new Decree 1273 of 2018 establishes that the independent will only pay for the full value worked month past due. That is, you join, enjoy coverage the first month, and the next month you must pay on what you earned.

Where can I get the proof?

You can make payments at any operator destined for this purpose, such as Online Contributions, ARUS, Simple and miplanilla.com. Any of them have a customer service hotline and will help you carry out the procedure if necessary. Within the same transactional portal you can download your payment receipt.

Why do I have to upload proof of payment for my social security?

This proof of payment will help the platform and the client to verify the affiliation and the current status of your social security, with this you can be assured that you are covered in case of any emergency.

How can I access my account?

Download the mobile application, in the Play Store for Android or in the App Store for IOS.
There you can write your username and password. When you have entered you can have control of your Triko account, there you can edit and complete your information, enter your account for payments, verify your schedule, control your payments and much more.

What are immediate services?

Immediate services are those that are requested and executed the same day.

What are scheduled services?

Scheduled services are those requested at least one day in advance

The ratings are issued by the client, therefore you must be very responsible when executing the service. It is important for you to know that having Triko's outfit, following our protocol, being kind, committed and doing a good job will make you have a better grade.

What should I do if I receive a negative opinion?

In case of receiving a negative rating, you have the option to contact the Triko customer service team, we will proceed to evaluate the specific case and we will contact you to give you an answer within 24 hours, you can do it at WhatsApp 3045362934 or by email collaborators@triko.app.

What does it mean to be a favorite Trikolaborator?

It means that the client was so satisfied with your service that he selected you as his favorite, so you will appear in a separate list where he can find you immediately when he requires your service again.

What if I want to cancel a service?

If it is a scheduled or immediate service and you are going to cancel it for personal reasons, this will affect your compliance rating.

If you must cancel a service because the client did not respond at the time of your arrival, it does not have any repercussion.

If you decide to cancel during the execution of the service, you can do it, explaining to the client your reason, but keep in mind that the value of this service can be discounted from your next payment.

Where can I find service requests?

These requests will come to you as a text message or as a notification on your cell phone, and you can also view it when you enter the control panel of your account.

What happens if I am late to provide a service?

It is very important to keep in mind that the client will be able to see your travel in real time from the moment you indicate that you are going to the address where you will provide the service, so it is essential that you leave with enough time to arrive and avoid unforeseen events. However, if something unexpected happens, you can indicate to the customer through the application that you are late and it will be the customer who decides whether to wait for you or reschedule the service, that's why you are punctual, that can influence your rating.
